Before confirm the trip through our organization Trekkers, Travelers, Mountaineers and adventure enthusiastic should know following term and condition of Welcome nepal treks and tours . we encourage you to read them carefully.
Booking and Payment Conditions:
The trip price is quoted in US$. The payment can be made through bank remittance. Payment can also be made on Visa Card and Master Card, and in which case the payment will be calculated and shown in Nepali rupees at the current rate against the US$. There is a surcharge of 3.5% against credit card payment.
A deposit payment of 35% of the trip cost is required at the time of booking. Your place on any trip will not be guaranteed or held unless this deposit is paid. Balance of payment or full payment is required up on your arrival in Kathmandu or trip departure point.
Cancellation Policy:
50% of my deposit paid is refundable to me when notice of cancellation is clearly given and recorded not less than 30 full days before the (first) tour’s departure. Otherwise, the contracted payments are nonrefundable unless each available place on the/each tour is subsequently filled, in which case only my deposit is forfeit. Transfer to an alternative departure date will be charged US$ 150 per person. Last minute cancellation and absence at departure will not be refunded.
Under no circumstance will there be a refund of any kind if you don’t show up for the trip departure, or if you leave a trip for any reason, either voluntary or involuntary, after the trip has started. Any refund will be given as per our Nepal Rastra Bank’s policy.

Travelers Should aware that the mountain trek or expedition, whitewater rafting trip, jungle tour or any other journey or vacation under the arrangements of The Trek Nepal Int’l Pvt Ltd. and its subsidiaries, associates or agents, involves certain risks and dangers.

Insurance:
personal travel insurance is not included in the holiday prices quoted. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants, it is a condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, it is advisable to take a "Trip cancellations and medical insurance policy" before your arrival into Kathmandu. Such medical policy should cover transportation costs in the event of helicopter or surface evacuation being required. This is especially mandatory for those taking treks in high altitude.
